Fees and Payments

• No start up fee, just use us when you need us
  
• Services are priced individually as shown on this website
• Our preferred method of payment is Direct Credit but we also accept Cheque, payable to Outbox Ltd, and Cash
• If buying online we accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express
• Hourly rates quoted on this site all have a minimum charge of $30
• Prices exclude GST
• Prices do not include purchased extras or travel - memory sticks, stock photographs, hardware etc. Payment for additional services or items may be requested in advance.
• Contracts only apply to website creation. Website hosting/CMS contracts can be stopped at any time, without notice, by the client
  

Terms

• Payment must be received within 10 days of receipt of a completed order or invoice. Final documentation may not be released until payment has been received and subsequent work may not be carried out if outstanding debts are due.
• Clients who do not have a record of prompt payment may be requested to pay upfront for services.
