So what is all this 'Cloud' jargon about?
The Cloud, put simply, is the sharing of resources and software over the internet so that you do not need to hold files yourself on your computer. For example, if you have sold an item on Trademe or EBay, have a Facebook account, keep your tunes on iCloud or use Xero for your accounts, you have already used software that takes advantage of cloud technology.
There are so many software packages available which host your files 'in the cloud'. You may have heard of MailChimp, Constant Contact, and Xero.
